Well it’s quite simple – you give us your preferred dates within 30 days of purchase and we will secure the dates for you at your chosen resort. If these dates are not available then you will receive a FULL Refund**. Yes, that’s right…a 100% money back guarantee if you aren’t able to book the dates you want! It doesn’t get much better than that!
What do I neeD to do?
Simply make your date request with your dedicated agent by e-mail within 30 days of purchase and if you don't get your preferred dates simply contact our customer support team via email with evidence of your attempted booking - within 32 days from purchase – to get a full refund!
What if I need to change my dates?
The Bali Getaway understands that circumstances can change so with this in mind we allow each individual booking ONE DATE CHANGE free of charge. Simply contact our customer support team quoting your booking reference number and they will assist you. Please note, we will require your NEW dates at the time of the date change and the Booking Guarantee will not apply to your request for a change of dates.
